Initial Foot Care Assessment & Service

 

Ensures a complete understanding of your foot health and sets the foundation for ongoing care (In the comfort of your home).

Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation of your foot health. During this session, I provide (as needed):

 

Diabetic & General Foot Assessment – identify any risk factors or existing issues, including circulation, nail, and skin health.

 

Toenail & Nail Bed Care – trimming and care for thick or difficult nails, reducing risk of injury or infection.

 

Corn & Callus Management – safe removal to relieve discomfort and prevent skin breakdown.

 

Ingrown Toenail Care (Non-Surgical) – treatment to reduce pain and prevent infection while avoiding surgery.

 

Preventive Guidance – education on proper footwear, daily foot hygiene, and strategies to prevent injury or complications.

 

Documentation & Receipts – detailed care notes for your records or for sharing with healthcare providers, and receipts for insurance purposes.

Maintenance & Follow up Service

 

Helps maintain foot health, prevent problems from progressing, and ensure long-term comfort & safety (In the comfort of your home).

Follow-up visits focus on ongoing foot health and prevention, keeping your feet comfortable and healthy. During these appointments, I provide:

 

Nail & Skin Care – regular trimming, thick nail management, and care of corns or calluses.

 

Monitoring & Early Intervention – check for any new issues and address them promptly to prevent complications.

 

Preventive Guidance – reinforce proper foot hygiene, footwear advice, and self-care strategies. Documentation &

 

Receipts – updated care notes and receipts for insurance or personal records.

 

Follow-up appointments every 6 weeks help maintain foot health, prevent problems from progressing, and ensure long-term comfort and safety.
